The Digital Playbook includes a full audit of your business online to identify what’s performing well, what’s missing or needs to be fixed, and where to go next.
We’ll create a custom “playbook” for you to follow over the next few months. You can either go ahead with it on your own, or work with us to put it into action if you lack the time or digital know-how.

Performance report to show where your business is at currently online
Competitor analysis to benchmark your business, spot gaps in the local market, and see how you can outperform them more consistently
Keyword research, to identify the search terms you need to target to be found by your ideal customers

Google Search Ads - we would set up the account, create search ads to target certain Google searches by those in your local area.
Payment plan available - we can split the cost across three payments, if preferred.

You can “Pay as you Grow” and choose how many hours we work together each month.

There is zero commitment or recurring costs - this is an ad hoc service to just get help for whatever you need, when you need it.
Please note: all new clients will be required to get the Digital Playbook first, before going on the hourly rate. This allows us to fully audit your business and provide guidance on what needs doing, what the priorities are, and how many hours would be required to complete the work - before moving to the hourly rate.

Yes, we do offer payment plans. We understand that this might feel a big investment for some small businesses, so we can break it down into 2 or 3 payments. A deposit will be needed to be paid to secure your spot and the final amount owing needs to be paid before we complete the final agreed piece of work.

We can provide a support package to you after working together, if you need help with anything we’ve set up or created (websites, paid ads etc). However, our goal is for you to self-serve as soon as you can, as we believe this is an important part of being a successful small business: to be able to operate without costly ongoing management fees.

As of right now, we do not provide this service. Our goal is for you to self-serve where you can, and we do the more technical stuff, like website optimisation and SEO. We will include social media in your Digital Playbook to give you ideas on where you can improve, but you are best placed to create content and post. Social media is all about your personal brand, and authenticity is what works best.

Yes, absolutely! We provide website packages at affordable rates for small businesses to launch themselves online. Our websites are optimised for SEO, and designed to fit with your brand. We use Squarespace, which provides you with an easy-to-use CMS to access your own website and make changes if needed - or we can do these for you.
