  • Website optimisations to improve the experience and increase performance (incl. content changes, layout, style changes, fixing issues, technical settings or code e.g. meta tags). If you don’t have a website or need a new one, we can help.

  • Advanced account set up for Meta Ads (custom tracking, retargeting of website visitors and social engagers, lookalike audience to target those similar to your clients). This is the secret sauce for successful Meta Ads.

  • We certainly do! We understand that this might feel a big investment for some small businesses, so we can break it down into 2 or 3 payments. A deposit will need to be paid to secure your spot and the final amount owing needs to be paid before we complete the final agreed piece of work.

  • We can provide a support package to you after working together, if you need help with anything we’ve set up or created (websites, paid ads etc). However, our goal is for you to self-serve as soon as you can, as we believe this is an important part of being a successful small business: to be able to operate without costly ongoing management fees.

  • As of right now, we do not provide this service. Our goal is for you to self-serve where you can, and we do the more technical stuff, like website optimisation and SEO. We will include social media in your Digital Playbook to give you ideas on where you can improve, but you are best placed to create content and post. Social media is all about your personal brand, and authenticity is what works best.

  • Yes, absolutely! We provide website packages at affordable rates for small businesses to launch themselves online. Our websites are optimised for SEO, and designed to fit with your brand. We use Squarespace, which provides you with an easy-to-use CMS to access your own website and make changes if needed - or we can do these for you.

  • Yes, for existing clients who choose our Full Glow Up, we can provide ongoing management of these ads. We will do all of the advanced set up for your advertising - you can then manage these yourself to save money, or we can do this for you if you want more of a managed service with a report each month.
