1. Services

Aura Digital Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides marketing support for permanent makeup (PMU) artists and beauty businesses. Services may include, but are not limited to: websites, SEO, content strategy, social media support, audits, and training.

2. Payment

• All prices are clearly stated before booking.

• Payment is required in full (or via agreed instalment plan) before work begins.

• Instalment plans: Work will pause if payments are late.

3. Refunds

• Due to the digital and personalised nature of our services, payments are non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule a call, 24 hours’ notice is required.

4. Client Responsibilities

To get the best results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information (branding, photos, login access, etc.) when requested.

• Respond to emails/messages within a reasonable timeframe so projects aren’t delayed.

• Ensure any content you provide (e.g. images, logos, testimonials) is owned by you or you have permission to use it.

5. Our Responsibilities

We will:

• Deliver services to a high professional standard.

• Communicate timelines clearly.

• Respect your confidentiality and not share your information without consent.

6. Results Disclaimer

Marketing results vary depending on many factors (location, competition, pricing, skill level, effort, etc.). We do not guarantee specific results such as number of bookings, income levels, or social media growth.

7. Intellectual Property

• Templates, guides, and resources provided remain the property of Aura Digital Studio.

• You are granted personal use of these materials within your business but may not share, resell, or distribute them.

8. Termination

Either party may end the agreement in writing. Work already completed remains payable in full.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law.
